The parking garage is located on the second basement floor of the Mercedes-Benz Arena, with a total of more than 430 parking spaces.
On the day of the performance, if the parking space is full, the venue will close each vehicle entrance, so please plan your route in advance to avoid inconvenience due to parking or traffic congestion.

The "Mercedes-Benz Arena" WeChat mini-program has been officially launched.

Members can earn corresponding points by spending in the Retail Area of the venue and self-service points through the mini program. Points can be earned for spending more than RMB 3, and every 3 RMB = 1 point (the part less than 3 RMB will be rounded).
Members who complete an online order on the Mini Program on the day of the event at the main venue can earn corresponding points. Points can be earned for spending more than RMB 2, and every 2 RMB = 1 point (the part less than RMB 2 will be rounded).
Members can redeem 1 hour parking coupon with 100 points after self-service points.
Members can redeem 2 hour parking coupon with 200 points after self-service points.

Mercedes-Benz vehicles that have completed the certification in the Mercedes-Benz Arena Mini-program can enjoy an exclusive parking discount of 20 yuan/24 hours after entering the parking lot of the venue; If it exceeds 24 hours, it will be charged at 10 RMB/hour. At the same time, Mercedes-Benz owners can use points to redeem parking coupons and enjoy exclusive discounts.

The parking lot of this venue has opened the ETC non-inductive parking payment function, and the vehicle has priority ETC automatic deduction, and the ETC non-inductive payment is not entitled to parking discounts for the time being.
If a member owner needs to choose the parking discount, please redeem the parking coupon in advance and complete the online payment to avoid not being able to enjoy the parking discount. Mercedes-Benz owners should complete the owner certification through the applet as soon as possible, and Mercedes-Benz owners who are not certified and are under review should close your ETC in advance to avoid not being able to enjoy Mercedes-Benz preferential parking, thank you for your understanding.

For Mercedes-Benz owner certification, please enter the Mercedes-Benz Arena mini-program and click [My]-[Mercedes-Benz Owner Rights] for certification. Please note that Mercedes-Benz Owner Certification is only to parking fee discounts, and does not include rights such as priority parking and reserved parking spaces.

Parking is 10 RMB per hour, 5 RMB per half hour, and 80 RMB for 24 hours.
1. If you spend 300 RMB or more in the Retail Area of the Mercedes-Benz Arena , you can redeem your points for a 1-hour parking discount;
2. Consumption on the same day can be stacked, limited to 24:00 on the same day, up to 2 hours, the excess part will not be calculated;
3. If the parking exceeds the number of hours, the customer will be required to pay for the remaining hours.
4. Mercedes-Benz owners can enjoy parking discounts: 20 RMB/24 hours on the day of admission, and more than 24 hours, it will be charged at 10 RMB/hour.

Prohibited Items:
1. Banners, flags, and flagpoles (including any retractable flags or poles).
2. Signboards (including but not limited to hand banners, horizontal banners, streamers, etc.).
3. Light boards, light banners, and other cheering items.
4. Laser pointers and projection equipment.
5. Lighters and cold fireworks.
6. Controlled knives and syringes.
7. Firearms, ammunition, and imitation guns.
8. Fragile glass products and flammable/explosive hazardous items.
9. Pets.
10. Food, drinks, and alcohol.
11. Professional cameras, drones, and loudspeakers.
12. Long-handled umbrellas and folding chairs.
13. Inflatable items (e.g., balloons, inflatable batons).
14. Large luggage.

If the audience carries prohibited items such as slogans, flags and flagpoles (including any telescopic flags and flagpoles), honor plates (including but not limited to hand banners, banners, banners, etc.), light signs, cold fireworks, laser pointers, lighters, fragile glass products, balloons, alcohol, noise sources, food and beverages, controlled knives, syringes, imitation guns, flammable and explosive materials, and loudspeakers, they will be confiscated at the door after being found by the security check.
