You can find lost items through the following ways:
    1. Create a lost item report through the Mercedes-Benz Arena mini-program [Lost & Found], and staff will respond with the results within 5 business days;
    2. You can also call the customer service hotline at 4001816688 for manual reporting. Service hours are weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If the line is busy or if the hotline is congested, please call back at a later time. Thank you for your understanding.

The Retail Area of the venue on B1, 1F, and 6F offers delicious food. Additionally, concession stands are available in the venue during the performance.

You can apply to enter the Feidie activity room by scanning the QR code below.

1. Members can earn corresponding points by consuming in the Retail Area of this venue and using the mini-program for self-service points.
Spend at least 3 RMB to earn points, with every 3 RMB = 1 point (amounts less than 3 RMB will be discarded).
