PROCEDURES FOR B-LAND 2018 SHANGHAI CONCERT TICKET REFUND

For fans who have bought their tickets for the B-Land 2018 Shanghai Concert through official ticket seller, below are the procedures for ticket refund.

*Official ticket sellers include: Damai(大麦), Showstart(秀动网), Maoyan(猫眼), 247Ticket and SMART SHANGHAI.

Refund Procedures:

Ticket holders will be contacted by official sellers through phone calls and messages about processing the refund. The ticket fee and any extra express fee charged will be refunded to the charged account accordingly.

1.Refund amount is based on the actual amount paid by the ticket holder.
